Hello PDC Army, we would like to update you about the online programmes we are launching this June.

First off is a new challenge that you'll love: 10 Day Splits Challenge. This challenge is a bit different to the previous one, 7 Day Fitness Challenge, as it will be mentored, which means participants will be able to get feedback from their instructor.

We recommend you sign up as soon as it gets published because due to its mentored structure, capacity is limited. Plus, as it is the case with all our challenges, it will be free for a limited time. 7 Days Challenge was free for the first 15 days, we will restrict this one to a week.

We'll email you as soon as it's published. Website members get these emails automatically but if you're not yet a member you can sign up to our newsletter to stay in the know. To be able to be amongst the first to sign up, make sure our emails don't go to the spam folder.

Another new programme we'll upload this June is the Pole Anatomy online seminar. We are very excited and proud about this one, because a lot of research and hard work has gone into its making.

This seminar aims to explain the anatomic foundations of pole sport by breaking them down to three fundamental areas of exploration. If you're a self-taught poler or you're seeking a career as a pole instructor, you definitely should add this to your arsenal.

It is again a mentored programme. You'll be added to a communication group where you'll be able to ask your questions or raise ideas. Participation to this programme will not be limited and the sales price will not hurt, we promise.

If you want to know a bit more about this seminar, we already have uploaded an introductory PDF on the website and you can view it here.

We have a lot more coming this June both online and at the studio. So stay tuned and have a lovely weekend xx.
