Join Us for a Summer of Growth and Flexibility
Several online classes and two new challenges are coming your way this summer! In addition, there will be one off-season and one pre-season strength and flexibility program available both online and offline. Get all the details below!

As we're preparing for an unusually calm summer this year, we have exciting offerings for you. This calmness comes from our decision to close for the entire month of July for the first time since we started. However, we are stocking up new programs and courses just for you.
PDC Off-Season Flexibility Bootcamp
In June, we’ll meet one last time in a live online program titled PDC Off-Season Flexibility Bootcamp. This 3-week intensive course runs from June 11 to June 26. Join us for two live online classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Wednesday sessions will focus on active flexibility, while Thursday sessions will emphasize passive flexibility. After registering for the program, you’ll gain automatic access to all online content on our website for one month. All live sessions are conducted via Zoom, and recordings will be made available for your convenience. Check out more details on our Workshops page!
Free Classes You Can Enjoy This June
We're excited to announce several free online classes this June! One of the highlights is our new challenge: 15 Days Squat Challenge. All our challenges are free to join, and participants can earn loyalty points. You can redeem these points as discount coupons on your plan purchases.
Another free class this June is the 5-Minute Sets course. This specially designed three-step course consists of 5-minute routines that can easily fit into your daily schedule. These routines will help improve your hips and core while providing a great indoor cardio option without the need for a treadmill or jump rope.
Our third free class will be a Single Leg Toe Reach, a popular exercise that many execute incorrectly. We will guide you through proper body alignments to maximize benefits, offering various modifications along the way. This class is also part of our PDC Movement Quality Guide.
Additionally, we will introduce Meditations for Beginners. This course is perfect for those new to meditation. It offers a gentle introduction to mindfulness and inner peace. The course features three guided meditations and one unguided meditation of varying lengths.
Exciting New Offerings
In July, we’ll release one more challenge, completing our lineup for the foreseeable future. This will be an excellent way to maintain your progress over the summer!

This June, we're also launching a new strength and conditioning course titled Pole Conditioning. All holders of our membership plans can join this course for free! The course will provide different routines tailored for all levels, from absolute beginners to upper-intermediate and advanced practitioners. All exercises will be conducted on the pole.
We apologize for our delayed posts regarding online pole training; however, we promise to make it up to you this July! Although the studio will be closed, our team will continue working hard! By September, we will introduce more levels of pole sport training alongside a couple of online exotic pole dance courses. Expect another webinar like the Pole Anatomy, this time focusing on heel technique. We are committed to keeping our promises!
Upcoming Events
Looking ahead, we’ll gather again in August, both at the studio and online, for the PDC Pre-Season Bootcamp and our trial pole sport course. We will announce more details about these two exciting offerings in June.
To wrap up the season with a celebration, join us for our customary end of term party on June 24. (After all, we're not all work and no play!)
