Several online classes and two new challenges coming your way this summer in addition to one off-season and one pre-season strength & flexibility programme you can attend online and offline. Details below...

As we're preparing for an unusually calm summer this year, calm because we're closing for the whole month in July for the first time since we started, we are pile stocking new programmes, and courses for you.

In June, we'll meet with you one more time in a live online programme titled PDC Off-Season Flexibility Bootcamp, This 3-week intensive will run from 11 to 26 June, with two live online classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Wednesday sessions are active flexibility sessions, and Thursdays are passive flexibility sessions. Once you join the programme, you'll have automatic access to all online content of our website (for one month). All live sessions are via Zoom and recordings are available. For details check out our Workshops page.

Free Classes You Can Enjoy This June

We'll publish several free online classes this June one of them being a new challenge: 15 Days Squat Challenge. All our challenges are free to join and by completing them you'll earn loyalty points you can use as discount coupons on your plan purchases. Another free class we'll publish this June is the 5 Minute Sets, a specially designed three-step course containing 5 minute routines (list and video) you can do on daily basis or add to your workout programme to better work your hips, core and to do some indoor cardio without a treadmill or a rope. Our third free class will be a one-step stretching class titled Single Leg Toe Reach, a very well known exercise, but most people execute it incorrectly. We'll help you to do it with correct body alignments to get the most benefits, and we'll also offer some variations. This class is also a part of our PDC Movement Quality Guide.

One last free class of this June will be Meditations for Beginners. Designed specifically for those new to the practice, this self-paced course offers a gentle introduction to the world of mindfulness and inner peace. The course offers three guided and one unguided meditations with varying length.

We'll publish one more challenge in July and that will be the end of our challenges for the foreseeable future.

A new strength and conditioning course titled Pole Conditioning will be online this June and all our membership plan holders will be able to join it for free. The course offers different routines (list and video) for different levels, from fresh beginners up to upper-intermediate & advanced. All exercises are on the pole.

We know we have been lagging in posting our online pole training, but we'll make it up for that this July! Yes, the studio is closed but we'll keep working! By September we'll post more levels of pole sport training and a couple of online exotic pole dance courses, another webinar like the Pole Anatomy, but this time focusing on heel technique. (Promises are made!)

But before that, we'll meet again in August at the studio (and online) for the PDC Pre-Season Bootcamp, and for our trial pole sport course. We'll announce the details of these two in June.

To finish the season (and this piece) on a positive note, we're hosting our customary end of term party on 24 June. (We're not all work and no play!). All our site members have free access to the event but capacity is limited so we request you rsvp beforehand. You can check out the event here.

See you in June at the party or the bootcamp and if you cannot make either, we'll hopefully meet in the new challenge!

Have a lovely summer ahead, xx
