As April, the harbinger of warmer and longer days, melt into May in which the most joyful season -the Spring- is set to reach its full potential, we're once more reminded of nature's miraculous powers to rejuvenate and restore.
As PDC Studio, we're welcoming the spring with our customary Pre-Summer Bootcamp, which aims to help our students and all participants out of winter lethargy; encourage more exercise, a healthier lifestyle and more meaningful hours spent outdoors.
This year, we're holding this one-month bootcamp via online conferences and live online classes, supported with our pre-recorded online programmes; and with the inclusion of a healthy plant-based nutrition plan suitable for everyone.
The PDC Pre-Summer Bootcamp kicks of 1 May, you can still join via this link.
New Classes & New Challenges Coming Your Way This May

Our new challenge for May is the 28 Days Running Challenge which will go online on 3 May. We have also added new classes to the library this April:
You can (and are advised to) complement your running sessions with these stretches to maximise the benefits of your runs.
Besides, we have added new steps to our Strength & Conditioning 1 course and that one is about to be complete. We made sure you'll have all the tools to follow the Pre-Summer Bootcamp programme and upgraded the personalised PT programmes of our tailored students.
Another new class we added to our system this April is the Office Yoga, which also is a part of our Introduction to Mindfulness course.
During May, we'll be far too busy with the Pre-Summer Bootcamp programme, so it's unlikely that we'll be hosting any workshops but we'll keep working behind the scenes to bring you the best online training model in the world.
We're planning to add new steps to our Home Workout course (for newbies) in May and by June all our level 1 progressive courses will be finalised. You will still be able to view and join and watch them, but we'll add no more steps to them.
Don't forget to regularly check the Courses pages for new additions, and have a wonderful early spring.

xx
