As April, the harbinger of warmer and longer days, melts into May, nature reminds us of its miraculous powers to rejuvenate and restore. We're one step closer to experiencing the full potential of spring.


At PDC Studio, we're welcoming spring with our Pre-Summer Bootcamp. This program aims to help our students and all participants shake off winter lethargy. We encourage more exercise, a healthier lifestyle, and more meaningful hours spent outdoors.


Join Us for the Pre-Summer Bootcamp


This year, we're hosting a one-month bootcamp through online conferences and live classes. Participants will also have access to our pre-recorded online programs. We have included a healthy plant-based nutrition plan suitable for everyone.

New Classes & New Challenges Coming Your Way This May


We have exciting news for May! Our new challenge, the 28 Days Running Challenge, will go live on May 3. It’s perfect for those looking to ramp up their stamina and fitness. Alongside this, we have introduced new classes to our library in April:


Considering these stretches will maximize the benefits of your runs. We encourage you to integrate them into your routine.


Enhanced Strength & Conditioning


In addition, we have added new steps to our Strength & Conditioning 1 course. This enhancement ensures you have all the necessary tools to follow the Pre-Summer Bootcamp program. We have also upgraded our personalized PT programs for our tailored students.


Another exciting class added in April is the Office Yoga. This class is part of our Introduction to Mindfulness course, which promotes mental and physical well-being.


Preparing for a Busy Month


During May, our focus will be primarily on the Pre-Summer Bootcamp program. As a result, we are unlikely to host any workshops. However, we will continue working diligently behind the scenes to bring you the best online training model possible.


We plan to introduce new steps to our Home Workout course, specifically tailored for beginners, in May. By June, all our level 1 progressive courses will be finalized. You will still have the opportunity to view, join, and watch them.
