This course includes different routines that merge active and passive stretches but the overall target is to improve passive flexibility (muscle length). Unlike the Active Flexibility course, there are no strength involving routines here. There are multiple sets in two categories: Passive Stretching and Active Stretching. Videos offer no corrections on movement quality and this set is not suitable for newbies or fresh beginners.
