Our Loyalty Programme is easy to use. You can redeem your loyalty points as discount coupons for purchasing certain plans and services.
Our Loyalty Programme is easy to use. When you sign up to our website you automatically gain 50 Loyalty points. You earn 75 points when you shop from our online store. Participating to a ticketed event will return 50 loyalty points and with each challenge you complete you earn another 100 points.
As of December 2024, all our challenges are free to join, so it's a very clear path for you to stock up points. To see the Challenges, please go to our Online Classes page and choose the Challenges category.
You can redeem your loyalty points as discount coupons as you sign up to our pole sport group classes or our Gold Plan. To learn more about our membership plans, read this article.. 1 point counts as a TRY 1.
You can view your Loyalty Points in the "Rewards" category under your profile, which can be reached through the drop down menu next to the Log In button. Or you can have direct access by clicking View Points on the Loyalty Programme page.
An important notice, unredeemed points expire in 12 months. Loyalty Points can only be used as discount coupons for specified plans and services.
