Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel this subscription once your first session is booked. This deal applies to day time PT classes Mondays to Thursdays and for only available slots. If you have purchased this plan by mistake contact us at support@pdcstudio.online before your first session is booked and we'll cancel your subscription. 8-week class bundles must be completed in 8 weeks. You can reschedule a class with prior notice (12h). But we cannot accept last minute cancellations and not showing up for your pre-scheduled class will result in a drop from your credits/sessions. Please remember you may not always be able to book the best suiting slots as they may have already been booked by other clients. As you're being informed upfront that you can only book your sessions from the available slots, not being able to comply with our schedule may not be considered a legitimate reason to cancel your plan.
