We will gladly refund or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email to support@pdcstudio.online and we will send you a return shipping label.

We only ship domestically (within Turkey). Your product will be shipped within 3  business days. You'll be notified when your parcel is out. Our logistics partner is PTT Cargo. Free shipping for purchases over 850TL.
