We do not hand out just another set of those commonplace exercise or nutrition plans, we teach you how to train and how to eat to reach your fitness goals.
By signing up to the club, you'll gain access to all our online content and services (PDC Fitness Club Pass) bar the Masterclasses and online pole classes.
We'll have a 1v1 online meeting with each participant and design a tailored workout programme that suits their goals. You'll find the videos for your workout sessions on our website pre-recorded and classified according to different levels.
We'll also have weekly live classes and online group meetings for assessment and feedback. In these meetings, we'll talk in detail about the basics of fitness training and nutrition for weight control. You'll find your individual workout and nutrition plans on the Clubhouse page, a password protected area exclusive to the PDC Fitness Club members. The same page will redirect you to our recipe collection, where you'll find several healthy options to complement your fitness journey.
