About

This programme is specifically designed for amateur and semi-pro dancers, regardless of what type of dance they're practicing. The aim of the programme is to increase your strength and flexibility levels to create more freedom of movement. The course isn't structured into lessons you can pick up from level one and go on, unlike our courses for Newbies but is divided into steps in which you'll find individual exercises or group of exercises for targeted areas. You can integrate them by bits into your daily training. All of these exercise sets combine resistance and flexibility training and probably you'll recognise most of them. Our aim is to teach you how to perform some of these very well known exercises with better movement quality and with different/more to-the-point alignments to maximise their effects. If you're signing up to this course as an annual membership holder, we'll provide you with a mentored programme and help you to create workout routines out of these. This is a progressive course and we'll keep adding new steps.
