This set contains a series of dumbbell exercises that should be executed as a flow (w/o breaks). Start with smaller weights as it contains multiple exercises with big repetition numbers. The target of these exercises is to increase strength, so it's not suitable for those who exercise to bulk up. There also is a separate routine to complement your training with a post-workout stretch. This class is a part of Strength and Conditioning 1 course.
